As a reminder for everyone which are going to the class trip, dorothy hope everyone who has taken the letter of consent to pass it up as soon as possible...

Below are the details in case you guys have forgotten what to fill in the letter of consent:

Activity: S2 Xiao 2008 Class Trip
Depart:(Date) 04/12/08 (Time) 1pm
Return:(Date) 06/12/08 (Time) 4pm

P.s: Please make sure that you guys fill every space at the letter of consent. This can avoid some inconvenience for dorothy especially the *personal details at the bottom of the form*. Person who can't make yourself to pass up the form wouldn't have chance to participate in this trip.
